Directions

From the North:

  • I-390
  • Take the East River Rd. exit 16A to W. Henrietta Rd
  • Take the East River Road ramp to West Henrietta Rd.
  • Turn left at E River Rd.
  • Turn left at W Henrietta Rd.
  • Continue on Mt Hope Ave.
  • Turn left at Crittenden Blvd.
  • Go to end. "Visitor Pkg. Lot" on left

From South:

  • RT-390 N which becomes I-390 N
  • RT-383 exit 16 towards E. Henrietta Rd (RT-15A)
  • Turn right on RT-15A
  • Bare left on Crittenden Blvd
  • Go to end. "Visitor Pkg. Lot" on left

From West:

  • Take I-490 E
  • Take exit 9B towards Airport onto I-390 S
  • Take exit 16A towards W. Henrietta Rd. (RT-15)
  • Turn left on East River Rd.
  • Turn left on RT-15 (Mt. Hope Avenue)
  • Turn left at Crittenden Blvd
  • Go to end. "Visitor Pkg. Lot" on left

From East:

  • I-490 W
  • Take I-590 S via exit 21
  • I-590 S becomes I-390 N
  • Take exit 16 towards E. Henrietta Rd. (RT-15-A)
  • Turn right on Mt. Hope Avenue (RT-15A)
  • Take left on Crittenden Blvd.
  • Go to end. "Visitor Pkg. Log" on left

Inside the Medical Center

Please print these directions and bring them with you. Allow 15 minutes to get to our clinic from the parking lot or lobby areas. If you get lost or have any difficulty finding us, from any inside phone you can dial X: 32437, OR from an outside line: (585)756-2329 to contact our clinic office.

NOTE: If you take a bus, or if you park in the ramp garage of Strong Hospital, then go to the Patient Information desk in the Main Lobby and ask for directions to room # 3-5242. OR... follow the Green ceiling tags to the GREEN Elevators. Go to Floor 3. Follow the only 'carpeted' hallway (purple carpet) all the way to Room 3.5242 (Vaccine Evaluation Unit).
